1) Describe five ways in which you think you have human capital that is truly unique.
Detailed: I take great attention to the little stuff when I am working on something I am passionate about. It takes a lot for me to be really satisfied.
Committed: I tend to not give up and always go forward when doing something I like. I never quit.
Passionate: If I am passionate about something, the flame does not go out easily.
Positive: I tend to keep a positive mindset when going through hard times and trials. This gets me motivated and gets me going.
Influential: I tend to have a large presence wherever I go. I am good at making people listen to me and leading by example.
2) Interview the five people who know you the best.

3) Reflect on the differences.
Most of the things that people said about me were stuff that I was aware of. The people I interviewed once again reinforced what I thought were my strengths.

ReplyDeleteI am also very detailed oriented when it comes to work and school. I like focusing on the small picture and taking each step at a time. Additionally, I am very committed and determined to finish anything I start. Your friends pointed out similar qualities that you did. I think the five ways you have human capital will be very useful throughout your career.
