1)  Describe five ways in which you think you have human capital that is truly unique.   Detailed: I take great attention to the little stuff when I am working on something I am passionate about. It takes a lot for me to be really satisfied. Committed: I tend to not give up and always go forward when doing something I like. I never quit.  Passionate: If I am passionate about something, the flame does not go out easily.  Positive: I tend to keep a positive mindset when going through hard times and trials. 14A Halfway reflection

1)  Tenaciousness is a competency.  What are the behaviors that you have used (or developed) to keep up with the requirements of this course?  The behaviors I have developed and used are staying focused, being efficient, and not procrastinating. The requirements for this class is not hard but is consisted of tedious work that is time-consuming. Whenever I had free time, I used it to finish assignments for this class which has worked great so far.  2)  Tenaciousness is also about attitude.  Talk about a moment or two when you felt like "giving up." 1) You read about an entrepreneur: What surprised you the most?  I was surprised at the fact that they only had public high school diplomas. What about the entrepreneur did you most admire? Their patience and commitment to push on and accomplish their vision  What about the entrepreneur did you  least  admire? 1)  You. I am an avid phone user. I am constantly on my phone, and do everything on my phone. I have plenty of experience of using a phone is aware of all the struggles that phone users might go through on a typical day. I also prefer to live life as hassle-free as possible which is the gist of my business idea. 2)  What are you offering to customers? Problem: Cellphones running out of battery and people having to carry around portable batteries or chargers. solution: Developing a cell phone that generates battery on its own would be revolutionary. Although the technology might not be there yet, with the rapid technology, I am sure that it will become a possibility soon.
